How do I report a service issue?
In the Statuses app, tap the online service you would like to report an issue for. The row expands to reveal three items: the number of recent issues reported by all users, a report issue button, and a share button. Simply tap the report issue button to submit your report.
How can I see a map of current service issues?
In the Statuses app, tap the online service you want to visualize geographically. The row expands to reveal three items: the number of recent issues reported by all users, a report issue button, and a share button. Simply tap the number on the left side to display a map with all of the recently reported issues. To protect privacy, user location information is randomly adjusted (between 400 metres and 2 kilometres) before being displayed on a map. Users can exclude their location data from being saved in the app settings.
How often can I submit service issue reports?
The algorithm used to determine the current status of each service takes into account the user activity for that service. The more popular a service, the shorter the timeframes for determining its status. With this in mind, there is no set time limit dictating when you can file another service issue for the same service.
I have a suggestion for an online service to add to Statuses.
